Fuuuuuuuck yeeeeaaaah!
How light do you have to bleach hair to dye it yellow?tag:www.mohawksrock.com,2012-01-26:1501994:Topic:7165642012-01-26T21:32:32.178ZStevehttps://www.mohawksrock.com/profile/Steve

The title says it all. My guess is to bleach it to near-white, I cant image that orangey color your hair turns after bleaching could be light enough.

Anyone have any experience with dyeing hair yellow?

Hey everyone!

A couple months ago, I cut off my mohawk that was in really bad shape and have been growing my hair for a smaller, healthy, fresh new hawk.

The only problem I have with bi hawks is that they don't look all that great from the front. Im not a girl so I can't do a chelsea bihawk which I think takes care of the awkward looking front view.

So Im thinking of trying to have it so the two hawks connect in the very front and then made into one. Im thinking something along the lines of it looking like a mohawk facing the front that splits off and tapers out into two hawks on either side of the shaved part, like a regular bihawk.

I want to know what you think about this modded bihawk idea and other ideas and ways I could make a bihawk that looks better in the front.

Thanks guys!

Teach me howwwww!!! I think my hair is much too long to have a functioning fan hawk, so I think a fluffy one would be my next best option. Are there any old pros out there that can give me some tips and tricks?

Just joined specifically to ask this question.

So my hair is pretty damn long, I think. Nothing to be shooting fireworks about but it's long! I've always wanted to get a mohawk, and at the furthest end I want liberty spikes. (Or those things people call Wookiehawks, I think, where you got spikes every the which way.)

I've looked around and can't seem to find anything that doesn't involve shaving and/or cutting at least a bit of your hair, which I don't want to do. I know, I should, but I…

So the questions are--

Is it feasible to have a fan hawk without cutting off ANYTHING- if so, how do you style it?

Also, these liberty-spike things that have spikes sticking everywhere. HOW? I mean HOW!?
I have decided that i'm going to widen my hawk. I'm tired of gaps, my hair demands perfection. I'm not a perfectionist to heart, but this is one thing that is simply driving me up the wall. I want that glossy, zero gap fan.
So. as i know, as i grow it out, it may look funny, and/or odd, but i'm willing to deal with it, hey i'll just look like those African Wild asses for awhile, you know, with the short white on the outsides of their mane, and a tall black strip in the middle. oh. well. it'll…

Any thoughts on widening, or the pluses of 2 1/2, 3+, inch wide hawks? Teasing noobtag:www.mohawksrock.com,2009-12-04:1501994:Topic:2740972009-12-04T18:37:23.328ZParadoxhttps://www.mohawksrock.com/profile/JoshuaBillson
Hi,

OK, so I need help with teasing my hair out. No matter what I try I can't seem to get my hair to tease up. Basically, what happens is I start by combing up a section of hair, holding it up tight, back combing with the teasing comb starting at about 1/3 of its length and slowly working my way up to the top and then move on to the next section. No matter how much I tease I can't get my hair to stand; all I get is a knotty mess that flops right over. My hair is also really smooth and fine;…

No matter how much I tease I can't get my hair to stand; all I get is a knotty mess that flops right over. My hair is also really smooth and fine; this means that it slides through my hands and anything else really easily. My hawk really isnt very long; only about 4.5 inches so it should stand atleast a bit but it just falls down. I don't want to do a deathhawk style; I want it to still look like a mohawk but teased to hell; here's some pics to show what I want:
Please help me with this; I have no idea what to do at this point. Getting my first hawktag:www.mohawksrock.com,2009-10-08:1501994:Topic:2569602009-10-08T12:53:57.202ZLi' Legerhttps://www.mohawksrock.com/profile/lietteirenemarieleger
Yeah, so I bought some new clippers because my old ones crapped out, it's been like 4 months since I let my chelsea grow out and been trimming my bangs a bit because of color damage. My hair is all the same length now, around 3-4 inches long. I wanna get a hawk, but I was thinking of keeping some chunks of my sideburns...any one have any suggestions for what would look alright?
(thanks in advanced<3)
