Best Advice for Paint on Pleather jacket?

What kind of paint would you recommended to use on a  Pleather Jacket? Would you suggest paint or dye? Any useful techniques you would care to pass on for best effect on it?

 

Also if you can post any links as to whats the best and where to get it , much appreciated!

also, use a sponge type roller, brushes leave stroke marks

Well im not painting a huge portion of my jacket, just a few words and maybe the creases, so brush strokes wont bother me that much, but do you think i should use water to thin it out before i do it or just paint?

straight paint, mixing it with water will make it bleed and stuff
