School Dean, knows everything about all of us.
The Dean to my school know my group of friends in school drinks and he called one of my friends down to the office and was asking if his parents knew he drinks and he said yes (which is true) so he said well ill just call your parents saying your on drugs which he isnt and he said who are they gonna believe me or you. and he somehow knows so much shit about all of us through facebook and other shit. he brought up to my friend about my other friend who went into a store asking for job drunk lol, and somehow the dean knew about that when it was literally like 3 people with that kid at the time. and he said to 3 of my friends if i found out you had a sip of alchohol over the weekend your going straight to rehab and getting kicked out of the school. im just wondering how much of this shit is legal, cause its really starting to piss me off

Change names on your social networking sites etc and put privacy settings on.

as people have said, change it to only friends, make sure your ONLY adding people that you personally know, my sister principle made an account with some fake pictures and a changed name and he was able to add a shitload of them and get info on them which is crazy fucking weird and freaky. so if you have never seen the person before, delete them. another thing would be not to post shit all over facebook, use msn or private messages, dont go on your live feed and go "l0l just got hammered!"
overall i wouldn't be too worried, i dont even think he can personally put you in rehab, only your parents can. and he cant do JACK SHIT if it happens outside of school, literally NOTHING, you can be a dope fiend and have pictures, he cant do anything about it if your not selling and or high on dope at school.
he sounds like a douche though, i would really try and get some recordings of him.

I actually think I found out the profile he's using to find everything out the who ever owns the account has messaged us saying things like do you smoke good shit and when asked where he was from he said Utah or somthing and we live in ny I'm gonna chat him saying "you know it's illegal to talk to students over the Internet" I'm not sure if it really is lol but he'll get the message

also brian, report him, tell the station that you were followed and harassed for numerous hours by a guy for no reason.
i would also report the teacher for not being able to handle a student properly and threatnening with outside influences on you.
-would also like to laugh at a teacher who freaks out about weed. one of my teachers was so cool about it. he would tell us things like "ya me and a few buds rented a boat for the weekend" and we would ask how ahrd it was to drive and such and he would go "well...lets jsut say it stayed on the dock most of the time...you cant be intoxicated and drive it"
and another teacher actually gave a friend of mine a gram for getting an A on a test.
oh, and also always threaten with lawsuits. schools HATE them. so if they get anything on you via internet, explain that by them gaining accesses to your personal life, it is a infreingement on your privacy(because there pretending to be someone else), then threaten to have a law suit with them, and until the lawsuit is over u demand to be taught at the school. they may call your bluff but at least you'll put them in a tight situation.(i dont know what its like in America, but here each 'student' is entitled to an education. and this education can be at almost 100% there 'home school' which is the school they live cloeset too, unless doing very illegal activity ON school property.)
