I'm doing my CBT on 24th September, can't wait!!!
Then I'm stuck with a 50 for a year. Sucks, but still, it's transport!

Still, my dad rides a Hayabusa, and when I'm riding pillion, I just leave my hair down, it's nice to give my hair a break anyway.

I passed my test, tomorrow morning I'm going shopping for a bike. I gotta put in 6 months on a 125 then I really want either a CBR400 or a Bandit.

BTW, my bike is a Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R. It's a pretty fast bike. Have only had it over 90 mph once. The machine was still idling. 90 mph on a public highway was unnerving - generally, I just go with the traffic flow. I do enjoy fast accelerations, though....

Hmmm. I spent about $200 on boots, $200 on the helmet, and about $1000 on the body armor riding suit. All to prevent serious injury.
I don't find the Cruiser Riders amusing, just foolish.
Anyways, I think proper gear which matches the bike is a very cool look in addition to providing some factor of safety.

Personally I find it amusing the Cruiser Riders that spend $400.00 for boots and $35.00 for a helmet. 75% of all injuries could be prevented or minimized if wearing the proper gear.
