Click on the person icon in the Ningbar (the thin strip that runs across the top of MohawksRock.com) and that will show you your list of friends (under My Friends). There's a remove link under each person that lets you remove them from your friends list, and if you click on their user icon you'll also see a 'block messages from this user' link that makes sure you won't receive messages from them again.
