It took me a really long time to update this!

its been a few years but there was a time a couple times where i lost it all but yeah i focus on weights because i skate so much cardio gets boring and my knees are kinda bad from skting.
right on though my brother was undefeated in muy thai his teacher was Kim The buzzsaw wong:)
the other day i finally said fuck it im gonna learn more fighting , so my brother is teaching me and hes been really into weng chun this month haha funny coinsidence
it depends on what your tryin to do. if ur a small guy like myself and ur tryin to bulk at first u need to do a lot of exercises that include many muscles at one time like clean and jerks-squats and pull ups.
trust me dude u used to be able to see my ribs in my chest i was like a crack head most my life. but yeah just do like 1-2 hrs a day for 4-5 days a week and remember if its giving u a really good pump where ur skin feels like its ripping than its gonna work. but yeah comment me if u wanna know more trust me i wish i coulda started early like ur age:)
