a few people have asked me how i get/keep my hair such bright colors, so heres my instructions!

1)Bleach your hair to the lightest possible color you can. I usually go for a pale yellow if I can, but don’t leave it on too long, or eat will EAT your hair. Manic Panic’s Flash Lightening Kit is my favorite to use personally, but if your hair isn’t TOO dark, you can get away with using box kits for extra light blonde color :) When your rinse out the bleach, wash your hair…
