HOW CAN IT BE SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND- SHAVE THE SIDES?!?!?!?! >.<</body>

I went to the hairdressers to get my chelsea hawk :(

I said i wanted it shaving on the sides and LEAVING on top...

So she got out the scissors and put the back of my hawk in... fine thats ok I thought.

The she started chopping into the sides with the scissors.. i thought fine ok shes taking a bit of length off the sides.

THEN she started chopping at the top. I told her 4 times NOT to touch it.

I asked her to shave the sides and she refused!!!! I said but i want them shaving and she said * But I like it like this!*

So I left, pissed off and sporting a fohawk :,(

My bf shaved the sides down for me last night. Im getting summore bleach to get rid of the brown bits in my hair and when we have a bit of spare time hes going to sort out all the long hair she randomly left at the back.

Comment by spikeymikey on December 1, 2008 at 6:27pm: I've had the same experience before now - that you go to a barbers or hairdressers and ask them to just shave the side bits and leave the hawk part alone and they have to have a fiddle with it. So I've given up now and just cut it myself! Maybe one day i'll have enough money to open my own shop where all I would cut would be hawks - just as the customer ordered!! I guess I can dream - lol.

If I see the scene bitch that cut my hair I will shave hers off. Luckily my boyfriend has evened everything up n shaved the sides now so it looks better than on my photos phew!

If someone opens up a shop ill support it although its most likley far away and i have no way to get there, but youll be in my heart and in my fist!

He did my chelsea and when I told him I wanted a mohawk he got SO stoked. He's this old italian guy lmao love him. He's like, "I HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO DO ONE OF THESE IN YEARS!" and off it went. He showed me a picture of this sort of fashion thing his old female workers put on and they all had hawks XD like from way back in the day. Either way, yeh. You gotta find someone you trust to do it haha. That fucking sucks. I don't know what Im gonna do when my hairdresser dies XD. Cry. Definitely

i've only been to the hairdressers once in my whole life so far.
and up til i was about nine i hadnt had it cut or trimmed,
but then my auntie (a really bad hairdresser for old ladied) insisted i dye my hair for my cosins wedding (it was red at the time) because as she said ''your hair wouldnt go with the dress''
and she ended up hacking inches off the bottom. i think shes just scissor happy lol.
