i know this probably gets old, but how do you keep your hair from splitting? I'll be putting mine up, and it doesn't matter how hard i try, i will always have a few splits. especially in the back, it doesn't help that the guy who did it didn't make the width even all the way down, but yeah, any advice would be much appreciated.

well i have a job, but a guy at my work keeps taking my shifts so im broke too. and i am gettting sick of the cold weather. and the schools heating isnt working, so everyone is wearing their jackets and shivering all day. =/ it freaking sucks.
