To crop or alter your pic, do the same except click on the option under the "Change Picture" option titled "Photo Stickers & Effects".

Hey Marie.....to change your Profile pic, go to "My Page" and then hover your cursor over your current profile pic and the option to "Change picture" will appear. Click on that and you can change your Profile Pic.
