Giant Mohawk Man

Profile Information:

Mohawk Status:
Rocking now, Rocked in the past, Thinking about rocking it sometime, Just like watching others rock them
Relationship Status:
Married
About Me:
Started MohawksRock.com in November 2007, after finding it hard to find a good amount of information on how to actually make a mohawk. In the sites first year we have had over 1 Million hits from 150+ countries and 1000 members. Since then we have had 10,000,000+ pages viewed in 200+ countries with our top cities being London, NYC, Dublin, L.A. and Sydney.

I apologize if it takes me awhile to get back to you on comments or emails. I really do try to get back to everyone. After the first 1000 members I haven't been able to add everyone as a friend, but if you have joined, you are definitely a friend so feel free to add me too.

If you have a mohawk you know what its like to be looked at funny and even ostracized or admired. Keep this in mind on here and have respect for the different viewpoints of members here. We all have something more in common than awesome hair and that is an extreme sense of self and individualism. That sometimes causes arguments and harsh feelings, but remember they are as you are.

Finally, promote the site! Put links back to the site wherever you find necessary. The more active members we have the better information we will have and the more collective influence we will have. Tell your mom, dad, friends and co-workers. Lets unite a community of seemingly sparse individuals across the world.
How Tall Are You With and Without the Mohawk:
I'm 6'11 without the mohawk, and I'm typically over 8' tall with it standing, as I don't cut it below 13 inches just for this reason. Currently the hawk is around 20 inches putting me at 8'7 taller than Leonid Stadnyk (8'5), the worlds tallest man.

Other tall people should also check out the site The Tall Street Journal

How did you find MohawksRock.com
Well, I was amazed the domain name was still available in November 2007, so I bought it and started up this social network for all those that love mohawks.

It can be a drag down here, since everyone seems soo close-minded, but I didn't realize it untill I got into making D.I.Y. Clothing (Like My Jeans) and when I suggested getting a mohawk lol..

First of all I'm from Poland.
    Really awesome website.
And my nickname has quite a long story.
While I was quarreling with my ex-gf, she told me that I'm "a really bad person". I responded that maybe I'm not as bad as she thinks - I'm simply not good.
Phew. Long story short, nick is meaningless.
  • Clint Casualty

lol we went camping for a week at lake Blackshear and about a half mile there's a bar that has comedy acts and dance night etc..

Well the first night we both had on D.I.Y. clothing, and we bought Pina' Colada's, and there was a comedian and everyone was spaced out in the back

But we went right up to the front and my cousin got the spotlight turned on him and the comedian was like
"What the F%ck are you supposed to be"
I forgot that he was a comedian and was supposed to joke around with the audiance so I got mad and said "F%CK OFF!!"
Then he laughed at me and said
"Whoo watch out that kid's got a Pina' Colada' it's coconut and fruit mixed together it's Fuckin' Delicious!!"

After that I realized he was jokin' around and I laughed with myself lol and for the next 4 days we wore the same clothes and got Pina' Colada's each time

Anyway one night it was Kareoke night lol
and we sang our Hardcore Version of "Paint It Black"
and people were yelling "Look it's the Pina' Colada Kids"

So that's the story of how the Pina' Colada' Punks Started lol
  • Adrienne

    hahaha, thank you!! I will!
  • Clint Casualty

lol, nope but I have a camera now which you can see me holding in my picture'

I plan to get a group shot of us, and when we go camping i'll take some'

I remember the day we started the so called "Punk Brothers" but that leads to another tale which I wont bother you with lol

This is my hair before, so you know where I'm coming from.

I decided to head to the gym yesterday mid day to get out of the office. I walked downstairs to the lockerroom and she was shocked to see the 'hawk...it totally caught her by surprise. Then we started chatting between sets about me sporting the 'hawk, why I chose to do it, what product I use, etc...I told her your site info and name to look for.

  • Jay-Jay

i havent had a mirror to even see the back for about a year, the back's the easiest bit for me to do now though because i just do it, no funny business, the front is harder because i can see it an i try different things and if anythin im 'too' much of a perfectionist when i can see it
it took me two months to learn how to stick it up and its been easy ever since, my hair is stupidly thick though and it helps
