Profile Information:

Mohawk Status:

Relationship Status:
Married
About Me:
Started MohawksRock.com in November 2007, after finding it hard to find a good amount of information on how to actually make a mohawk. In the sites first year we have had over 1 Million hits from 150+ countries and 1000 members. Since then we have had 10,000,000+ pages viewed in 200+ countries with our top cities being London, NYC, Dublin, L.A. and Sydney.

I apologize if it takes me awhile to get back to you on comments or emails. I really do try to get back to everyone. After the first 1000 members I haven't been able to add everyone as a friend, but if you have joined, you are definitely a friend so feel free to add me too.

If you have a mohawk you know what its like to be looked at funny and even ostracized or admired. Keep this in mind on here and have respect for the different viewpoints of members here. We all have something more in common than awesome hair and that is an extreme sense of self and individualism. That sometimes causes arguments and harsh feelings, but remember they are as you are.

Finally, promote the site! Put links back to the site wherever you find necessary. The more active members we have the better information we will have and the more collective influence we will have. Tell your mom, dad, friends and co-workers. Lets unite a community of seemingly sparse individuals across the world.
How Tall Are You With and Without the Mohawk:
I'm 6'11 without the mohawk, and I'm typically over 8' tall with it standing, as I don't cut it below 13 inches just for this reason. Currently the hawk is around 20 inches putting me at 8'7 taller than Leonid Stadnyk (8'5), the worlds tallest man.

Other tall people should also check out the site The Tall Street Journal

How did you find MohawksRock.com
Well, I was amazed the domain name was still available in November 2007, so I bought it and started up this social network for all those that love mohawks.

yeha id say more people michigan should get a hawk, then i wouldnt be the only one,but its good to be unique!
    anways how are you?
  • None of your business

Nice! I think you might be our first "Doctor in the house!" Now if anyone says that mohawks are just for dumb punks we can retort back "or PhD Punks!"

That's right "I represent!!". If anyone says mohawks are for dumb people, send them to me. I will change their mind by talking to them. If that doesn't work, then I will curb stomp their faces into the pavement. Either way they are wrong!

    Also Happy International Mohawk Day!!
  • CorpseQueen

ohh, i see.. i was just wondering cause i saw a "yes on 8" ad and it had totally pissed me off haha. i normally dont pay much attention to the ads but that one caught my eye..then got me all fired up to do something about it :P
  • FuRkAN

  • Bob

I just noticed it. I joined.
Been busy actually starting the model RR rebuilding. Have a local model railroad bud in the area, and another in Massachussetts. Have the stain / storae yards layed out and found I can accomodate an additional storage track in each. Hope do drive the first 'spike' soon.
My bud in Mass suggested upgrading the room lightin, which I'll probably go ahead and do. My loocal model RR bud is also starting a major rebuild. We're learning from each other.
    Back to the basement..... :).
  • Sexxy Stewie

Where are the buttons currently available?
  • Katarina

Hahaha!!! I would totally wear the shirt!!!!
  • Skittles

That's awesome, and I'll let you know for sure.
  • CorpseQueen

haha yeah, haircare products would prob be your best bet in my opinion. why wouldnt they want their products advertised on a site like this?! maybe even salon or beauty supply store tyle ads..even though those mostly depend on location i think it would still be nifty to advertise a few popular ones from a few of the major countries that use the site or something.

ionno ..my brains just throwing up thoughts at this point :P take care man!
  • Kobalos

How much does a domain like this one, cost? (And don't send me to LetMeGoogleThatForYou.com ;) )
  • Wannahave Mohawk

i think im going 2 fix it 2 a real hawk this weak actually, even when its -5C outside and its snowing, im want it!!!!!!!!!!!11
  • Kobalos

That's excellent! I hadn't been keeping track of domain prices for years - cool to know how much something as short as that goes for. It's turning out to be pretty popular and a nice active community too.

Thanks for all your work, btw in running it. :)
  • Rikku Craven

thanks ! i real happy to be on here
  • Wannahave Mohawk

"Sweden, wow thats cool, I've never been definitely hope to sometime soon. Guess that explains the snow in your picture. Whats the best place to visit there, its a huge country" did u write 2 nemokid. man, u have no clue... sweden is huge?? there is only two thing u can do in sweden, thats to watch the soccer team AIK play or get drunk but visit, if u like to watch old statues at old swedish kings or go to "göna lund" the worst park in the world.

Thanks I like how it does that too. Its a Design I saw in a lowrider mag about ten years ago. I mirrored it and had it put on. family has history from 70s to present with lowriders. The art work is from Jim Sweet. Yah it does look like a mix of Dali and Escher. Other artist that are cool are HR GIGER, Alex Gray, Ed Paschke to name a few. later.

I do the API development and support for MailChimp as well as occasional tinkering on some interface and backend feature development.
