hahahah to be completely honest... sleeping is not an issue. i either put it in one big braid or a messy bun and call it a night! the hawk is easier to manage then my hair just being down :/

im a mild insomniac, so i feel you. my trick is to eat a big bowl of honey nut & reg cheerios mixed together in bed while reading a comic book or watch cartoons. i pass right out (usually around 3am)!! hah, you should try it, tell me how it goes! if all else fails you'll have gotten a yummy bowl of cereal out of the exsperience :)
