I've read large books on philosophy in jail (where I should have never been to) and about 90% of the 'conclusions' it reached I had already come to realize. Yes, the world and everything in it are pointless.

Nice group! When you start to REALLY look at the world around you in an un-biased fashion (or at least as close to un-biased as humanly possible) you realize just how subjective everything really is. Nothing really matters in the great scheme of things and I'm sick of people trying to sell me their opinion. Fuck it all, no matter what you do you are going to do as much "evil" as "good" because everyone's outlook on life is different. People are so caught up in trying to find an objective meaning or to bring about their concept of utopia that they fail to realize the many faults in what they adhere to. Who are we to decide what is right or wrong? All you can really do is try to live as you see fit and allow others to do the same. Unfortunatley, conflict will always inevitably arise but that may be one of the things that makes life worth living in the first place. The end result is irrelevant; all that matters is the struggle because, if you really think about it, if we were to achieve utopia would it really be utopia any more? If their was no cause or struggle what point would there be in living? Of course by believing in those things I am automatically a hypocrite because I believe in something when I stated earlier that there is no point to anything. Is it even possible to believe in nothing? Can the human brain work like that? So by that logic we are all a bunch of nasty, evil, sick, fucked up, hypocrites.
