8,000 Calorie Burger at The Heart Attack Grill
Wow! This is what is so right and so wrong about America. A restaurant with scantily clad nurses serving up extra large cokes, a french fry buffet and an 8000-calorie burger called the "Quadruple Bypass". The Heart Attack Grill rebels in the face of health, and makes no bones about it. Sign outside says,
"This restaurant is BAD for your health".
"This restaurant is BAD for your health".

I dunno. I mean, I see people eat like this every day, but a restaurant who decided their appeal would be specifically to kill you faster cause it tastes good is another story to me.

But if it weren't for the lard, the fries looked pretty good though... and the nurses... and the coke... and the humor... but I don't think I could eat anything at all with all those people eating those hamburgers in front of me. Nasty. Oh yeah, they should make you sign a contract too! That would make me giggle.

I've been to the Heart Attack Grill at its old (and better) location in Phoenix, and the new one in Chandler. I must say, it's not bad. I shot a video of my friend being wheeled out of the Phoenix location, check it out here. Post-processing was not me, however.
I'll just say, back in the day, it was a sign of a good day when you could walk into a haven of hot chicks ready to cater to your every wish of beef, beer, cigarettes and a healthy serving of buns.
May the Grill live on, though not its clientele.
