Dead Hair?

Every time I bleach my hair it dies off till there's nothing left.

I've used a Pantene Pro-V leave in conditioner but it only did so much.

Any tips on keeping it healthy?

Is the olive oil difficult to wash out?

Usually one good wash with shampoo is all it needs for me, just make sure to get your roots real clean becuase the oil tends to stick on the scalp and that can look really greasy if you don't get it washed well in that area.
