my hair is kind of thick and bleach blonde, and im actually a cosmetologist, and what ive found works best for me is the big sexy hair spray, powder play. usually using a ton of spray and flipping your head upside down while blow drying it on hot does the trick for me. and to get more lift at the root the powder play from big sexy hair works great and has a matte texture. the all nighter hair spray or spray and play harder works best for the strongest and longest hold!

Everyone! try Rave 4x Hairspray! Hold your head down get it in nice blow dry  and use your hands to straighten it when its dry and spikey and weird comb it so it falls a lil but looks realy thick then spray a lil more and heat it while holding up that section great hold for a while and looks nice too!

learn to use your hands and a good blow dryer go back and forth between hot and cold starting on cold and drying most of it slow if your hair is long rat it a lil at the base and mid area(be careful when washing out use good conditioner to remove knots no joke it sucks some times) and than feather out the tips should be remotely standing before you start.... a good spray to use is got2b glued hair spray for sure or cheaper is rave but get like the really sticky one .... practice makes perfect and patience is good to but i have three mohawks and they take only 1hr and they are pretty tall and last a long time i take a shower wif um up so it works i just done it for 8 yrs but i used to take like 3 hrs on one small mohawk : )

i'm looking for help with my mohawk hair styling. i've got short-medium thick hair and i'm just wondering what kind of hairspray do i use to hold up my hawk? should i use a flat iron or a hair straightener?
