What do you say to the Doctor, When.... ?

When you go to the Doctor for a physical, annual pap (ahah), strep, or whatever, he (or she) always asks, Do you Smoke? Do you drink? Okay. What should you say to the latter if you're underage? I always say No. Even though it's not the truth. So to all you extremely knowledgeable people out there, I have left you with a question.
