Color of my hair

hey whats up ive had my hawk about five months now and its about six seven inches and i want change as far as color ...i cant really decide on colors so any ideas..oh i love neon bright colors ...and what should i use for dye cause ive been reading and most only last like two weeks max...so any ideas how to get it to stick at least a month ...

ya i know but i loooveee neon greeen so idk what to do cause i dont like any other color at alll x[
