Mohawks Rock

I see alot of threads that are about people being negative toward your hair, but what about all those cool moments you can get only by having a mohawk?

I was waiting at an intersection, sunroof open, and my hawk sticking out.

The giggling old man in the car beside me was pointing at my hair, giving the thumbs up and giggling.

I waved back.

He didn't notice the light turn green, and the guy behind him almost hit him and he got honked to death.

Lmao that's so clever! You're awesome
Haha is that sarcasm? because my mother thinks I'm a twat whenever i do that aswell :P
haha that's awesome! Not sure I'd be brave enough to try it but it sounds pretty fucking funny :P

Yeah, I guess they might be scared to.  It would be nice if people could have manners and respect (and of course, expect the same in return :) ).

I don't mind photo takers or folk who ask me about my hair or even those who want to touch.  The folk that are a waste are the ignorant ones who make either a arrogant remark or burst out laughing.  It amazes me how often folk can't help but blurt out in public to a complete stranger.  I mean, you expect that from very young children, not mature adults.

I kinda get what you mean but if I make someone laugh then 9/10 times I won't mind because I probably brightened up their day, despite the fact that they're probably quite rude and intended to cause offense I don't get annoyed because then they didn't cause offense and so they're the ones that get annoyed.

I'm not always that peaceful though, the other day I was walknig through a shopping centre with a mate and a group of about 6/7 chavs shouted 'PRICK!' from 3 stories up, and he was obviously a huge pussy who wanted to get an insult out infront of his mates and look hard so I gave him the finger and shouted 'PUNK' right back up at him, I saw him later in the day aswell on the other side of the road with his mates and he looked a little dishonoured. So either way works, so long as I don't go getting me any unwanted beef!

When ever people do that to me I just stand there and let them take the picture. Then as I walk away I tell them that I charge 5 dollars for pictures and they get all scared :D

i was riding my bike down the street and some guys pulled over to see if they could get a picture. it was nice of them to ask

Yep, nice compliment too.  Had a friend of a friend, at this year's summer street fayre here ask to take pics.  He said he'd never known anyone with a "foot-high" hair. XD

oh also, i was at work, so my hawk was just pulled back in a pony, and there's this kid with a short little hawk, those little jock hawk looking ones and as he passes by where i'm at he yells out, "nice hair" with a really big smile it was cute. and one day i was walking around walmart with my hawk up and this little boy walks up to me with his dad and is like "excuse me, what do u use to put ur hair up?" so i told him and his dad says "see, now we know what to use when you get yours." then they thanked me and walked away. then a few days ago two little girls at diferent times where like "wow, i like her hair." and today as i was leaving a restaraunt with my mom this guy recognized me from work and tells me that his daughter loves my hair and that hes told her to wait till she's in highschool then she can do what she wants. so i'm guessing she wants a hawk. which i think is pretty neat.

A random guy in the bed of a pick up truck jumped out when he saw me walk by. He started following me and asked me to fuck him becuase my mohawk was so sexy. I was a little scared..

I actually get way more positive comments than I get negative comments. People are always so interested. Especially at Gay Pride Parade. Every fucking lesbian there was like groping me and my hair saying how hot I was :p I told them I was straight and they didn't give 2 shits.

eww, that's just creepy. Can't believe people think that's alright to do
I am currently on holiday in Dubai (UAE) and everyone stares thhe fuck out of me, at first it made me feel uncomftorbal, but now i sorta go along with it and yesterday a man came upto me and wispered "can i take your photo?" i just said yeah man go for it, and about 30 poeple stood next to me and he took a huge photo, it was hysterical :L
