i know a lot of people hate manic panic but i have never had a problem with it, and to keep it from fading i put some of the left over color in conditioner, so everytime i wash my hair it puts a little more dye in it. i have had it pink for over a month now, and had no fading what so ever this way.

there is no best color, just matter of opinion
