Wearing a mohawk to work

A lot of people here in this forum have said that having a mohawk makes it difficult to find a job. This might be the case, but you just have to be creative. I am an entrepreneur (jn a field where people dress very conservatively), and I still wear a mohawk, steel toed boots and a studded belt to work, usually with a suit or jeans and a jacket. It looks rebellious and still classy. In the beginning, some people were shellshocked, but nowadays, I have actually received a lot of compliments for my outfit. The mohawk and boots have become a trademark of mine, it is fully accepted by everyone and being different than the mainstream has actually helped my business a lot.
This has brought me another idea: Why not make the mohawk and the boots part of the standard outfit of the people working for my business and encourage everyone to wear a rocking hawk! What doyou think?

I know that some of you might be turned off by this or not like it, but I am strongly convinced that you can be a punk and still be successful in life; actually it is easier to fight the system and the establishment if you are successful.
