detroit is a complete ghost town

so i recently moved to detroit and decided to do a bit of exploring, i was always warned, oh your gonna get shot and shit of that nature but i went down to look for the worst possible areas anyways, but to my suprise theres nobody here, detroit has a beatiful industrial burn spot, just two blocks past dequinder cut huge warehouses completly unoccupied and emptied out, i was wondering if anybody else knows of any good spots?
