That must've stunk up the hair!  You were very accommodating - I wouldn't have let them put onion rings on me...putting up their trainers while watching a movie - sure, but not stinking onion rings on teh hair! haha

A dog takes a lot of time and effort, but it's good company and gets you exercise.  I pity your converse tho... XD

I've been around this site around 5½ years.

I have my best friend, who still lives in the village - but he's married and with a kid, we don't find much time to hang out now.  There's no opportunity to run into the same people again in the village - except for pensioners or dog walkers.  Everyone else is either in their car or goes to town.  I also find most look at me like I'm mad for being myself or different and that gets tiring.  Or they're full of ready excuses and never get round to doing anything, unless it benefits them haha Colour me just a tad jaded! =)

It's good you have someone to play guitar with and another band too - nice going!  Plenty activity.  I come from a musical family, dad played accordion, mum piano, one brother guitar, the other a drummer and myself I dabbled with keyboard, but never learnt to play proper.  I have fun dabbling and making up little ditties, but only for myself to play.

Yeah, Doc Martens are very popular, got some myself, though I like the steel capped ones more than the regular - tougher & better looking. =)

Awesome!  All those long spikes must have taken some time to do.  I've never tried all round spikes yet.  Good shot of you playing guitar too plus, your skate shoes or are they the vegan creepers you mentioned?

I used to be more social online, still people move on and you don't hear back from them - even when their birthday rolls round haha.  We all get busy at times, tho.  I always appreciate the time someone takes to reply & upload pics.  It's nice.

I'm in also in a sleepy little village and most of my friends have moved to cities or towns.  It's a nice place, no trouble - just a bit 'normal'.  No-one with mohawks or liberty spikes around but myself haha.

How often do you get time with your band?  Where do you practice and how many are in it?

Thanks for reading my profile. :)  It's cool you talk about it and if you wear Converse high-tops, you pretty much rule IMHO! lol  Everyone's has a unique character, wearing 'em - tells a story, in-a-way, so that's cool seeing details & wondering about where they came from. :)

Yeah, I walk everywhere too, mostly boots 'cause I do gardening atm and the rain up here.  You never tried boots?  What size do you take, if you don't mind me asking?  I've found these great comfy, padded style from the 90s/00s - you sometimes get great deals where folk discover an unused-in-box and sell 'em for cheap on eBay.

No worries!  Thanks for getting back to me.

It came out well - don't suppose you have any pics of the time you had liberty spikes?

And you're welcome to post any of your pics - doesn't need to have a mohawk or spikes haha  Perhaps some while playing your guitar or just kicking back or to show what gear you have or your pet! (we've had a thread for that somewhere in one of the groups :)

It's all good - all adds some character to your profile and starts topics & comments.  Where abouts in the UK do you hale from?

Welcome to the site!

Is that natural light blond hair you have?  Very rare to see in the UK - always thought it'd save a step when dyeing a 'hawk - and cool colour to have on its own too.
