         A missing 10-year old girl has been found dead near a counstruction site Kristina Vlassenko had been reported missing at 3:30 p.m. Monday.A construction worker discovered her body just after 7 am Tuesday morning.Police do not believe foul play was involved.Valssenko,whowas autistic was last seen at her brothers sccore game.Just a gew blocks from where her body was found.
