Cheeks pierced
Well, I am well and truely shitting myself right now...I got my cheeks pieced about 3 hours ago, and have just read on the internets (lol), that apparently I can expect swelling to begin sometime around the 3rd day...I wonder how big my cheeks are gonna get? Will I look like a squirrel? I fucken hope not - but then again, maybe it's better to look like a squirrel, rather than some fuckwit with antennas hangin outta their face...lmFao

Ello, where did u hear they usually swell? Mine did cause I drank beer the night I got them... So maybe my memory's been tricked by time. I got mine a lil over a year ago, and they healed in 6 weeks. Despite my misguided attempt at getting drunk the same day they looked fine until a week later... then... OMFFFFFG they hurt!!! I had to go back to the tattoo shop to get my bars exstended, then they healed next day :-D

ha ha ha good point! I looooove bride of frankenstein! The piercer put those extra long healing posts in because she said that they usually swell. Mine didn't! The are what 4 weeks old now, and they are fine. I just nee to trim the bars again so they sit tighter. Do you have surgical steel jewellery or bioplast?
