I suggest doing weights every other day, and calisthenics on the other days, and cardio every day, at least for martial arts, not for aesthetic means haha.
For stretching, do dynamic stretches twice a day and before exercise, then static stretches afterwards.
What an odd coincidence! Yeah Wing chun is great, I have been doing it for a fair while now.
yeah!, my next trick: pop to tail, hahahah my tricks are easy i only have:
-kickflip
-hellflip
-shove it and pop shove it ( frontside and backside )
-180º frontiside and backside
-boardslide (front and back)
- 50 and 50-50
-halb cab and halb cab flip
-360 shove it and fakie too
-fakie big spin front and back
-varial flip and fakie too
-boneless

Oh cool man, yeah I already do a fair bit of exercise; I do Muay thai, MMA, TKD and Wing chun, as well as some parkour, and I am even going to Thailand next year for training :P
