Woohoo! Another Clevelander! I'm from Brecksville! Make sure you say hey if we ever happen to randomly run in to each other! Awesome mohawked people unite! :D
am pissed off today a guy told me to get the fuck away from his car and said fuck me in my face and i turn off a cig on his car and he comes back running at me but i was lucky my freinds were there to back me up!
No problem, the glowinc site has a not bad forum on it about ppl using their stuff. The only thing I'd say about this paint for clothing is that it'll come off I think with hot water.
Not sure about rain yet - I think it'll survive that. It's quite a rubbery texture and best put on white surfaces to help it absorb the light to glow later. Not tried it on anything other than white myself.
If you do try it, I'd love to see what you do with it on your clothing in pics! =)
From what I can tell, it's all made by this company in the US, who ship worldwide although they do warn about expensive shipping abroad for larger amounts.

I got the 2nd brightest one it seems, you have to reallly have a nice bright flourescent light to charge the paint up for awhile. I find the more paint on my trainers, the more the glow itself keeps the other bits glowing longer. Also seems to be glowing brighter now and longer - maybe 'cause the paint has dried out fully. At least 3 hours, then I got bored and it was barely visible then - that was on a little test spot on paper in total darkness. The thicker the layer the better, if it's too thin/small it'll fade quick. My sneakers I can see glow whenever I wake up at night - if I've charged them in some light before I sleep. heh
