I think Christianity is a good religion. The only conflict that comes from organized religion comes from people not believing that Jesus was the savior, or the son of God, or that he rose from the dead. I'm not going to claim I know the answer.
Some people follow another but still believe in God as the core of all existence, eternal, perfect peace and oneness through all things in the universe, and even JESUS CHRIST taught us to be peaceful, not fight at war with those people who do not accept JESUS CHRIST as their savior. Many people trust not in the Bible, and it's not because they do not trust God but because they do not trust in the deception of humankind, who writes history in books. If I believed in "faith" as "proof" I would just as easily follow the Koran or the Mormom Bible if that is what I was shown first.
It's part of human psychology to deeply believe in first impressions even if one has a moment of doubt (That's why I went to the Christian purgatory and hell on an acid trip and have not gotten it out of my mind for a day since). The reason I stopped being Christian, the way I was raised is because I do not want to condemn myself or others to hell in my mind. However, I am by no means a Satanist like a lot of people think, and I DO believe in God. I certainly WOULD LIKE to think that there is someone who could save me from having made evil decisions in life; pride, envy, greed, wrath, lust, sloth, gluttony and such.
But ALAS, we were created as imperfect, questioning human creatures who make mistakes, and God knows this because God is all things, right? Didn't he know that humans would all eat the apple? Drink of the alcohol? Seek enlightenment in shady places? Why then does the Bible contradict itself by saying the infallible God regretted creating man? How can an infallible, perfect, all seeing, all knowing God feel regret?
Can we all just ask God for forgiveness if it's really that easy, even if it's forgiveness for being horrible selfish angry prideful people? or for not knowing for sure whether Jesus was real? or for experimentally practicing other forms of religion besides prayer like spell casting, creative visualization, divination and dreamwalking, etc.? Don't we only need to be saved from those decisions if they really go against nature or God's plan somehow?

I'm just wondering what other people think.
