ooooh finally got the job!
Sooooo... I decided to stop by the tattoo place that i was going to get an apprenticeship at (but i couldnt afford practice supplies so i had to turn it down...) and apparently, i work there now :D
im going to be cleaning stuff, working the counter, answering the phone, setting stuff up... and piercing! lol. its weird how theyre not making me do an apprenticeship now. well, obviously ive got a lot to learn, and theres a lot of piercings that i dont feel comfortable doing yet, so im limited with what i can do, but still! this is awesome. im so happy! :D

Congratulations! That sounds like really great news. We have quite a few people doing apprenticeships on here at tattoo/piercing shops. What is the name of your new shop?

oh where is it in Toronto? i live in Toronto lol, been thinking about getting a 3rd tattoo and looking for some places to look. i went to Yong street tattoo for my last one, but willing to look at new artists.
and congrats (Y) i was looking into that actually(working at a tat place) i wanted to do tattoos, but haven't decided yet.

but ughh im not so sure if i still have this job.
because my parents wouldn't let me take the car "alllllllll the way there" just to work at some "gross tattoooo shop!" for the whole month i had off for christmas break.
so yeah... ughh..

not when it comes to tattoos and piercings.
they are.. uhh.. rather conservative people.
they hate piercings. and they hate tattoos even more.
they've accepted the fact that i go there like... almost every day hahah.
but they hate it.
and my dad is crazy worried about my safety.. like around blood bourne diseases and stuff.
but... well, the place is crazy sterile, just as it should be.
and im safe there.
its not like i dont understand what could happen.....!
