School and studs

Recently I wore my leather to school wich has alot of studs on the arm and they told me I am not aloud to wear it because the studs are a weapon.

Is there any way around this that you guys know?

Are there people at school wearing studded belts, wrist cuffs, etc?

At least you can't take your sleeve off and use it as a weapon...but they could.

wear the jacket, right before school property put it in your bag, and don't wear it till you get off school property.

either that or ask to see where in the rules it says you cant have a weapon, they show you and then ask where in that regulation says no jackets with rounded spikes.

they said we HAD to enter and leave in the school property in full uniform. so i would strip down to my boxers right outside of the gates and put on my own cloths. they soon just stopped trying to enforce it.
