Wondering something..
Well I've had my hawk since it was a baby, and now it's all grown up. I'm reaching 8 inches now and I am considering trimming the back. But I don't know if that's what I want. So what do you think? Do you think long mohawks look better the same length all around the head or do you think they look better if they're shorter at the back then they are at the top.

deff trim it all the way around.. i think it looks goofy when its longer on top then in the back. my first hawk was like that cause my friends did it but we never trimmed it to make it even.. always drove me crazy

mines seems longer at the back than the top????? FREAKKKKKK! was thinkin of cuttin it when its up so i can make it the same length all the way round, dunno if thats a god idea tho?

mm i wouldnt really recommend it, if you have a friends who is experienced with cutting/trimming hair then let them do it..they should be able to do a decent job of evening it out while its down..of not pay the 10 bucks to go to a salon or something and have a hairdresser do it

yeah that would probably be the smarter thing to do, but it looks basically the same length when its flat but its noticeable (to me anyway) when its in a fan. plus im tite and hate paying for things i can do myself, i got quoted £5 just to re shave the sides the other day! i can do it myself in like 2 mins!

other option is to do a light trim.. and do it up.. and a trim again and do it up again... up to the level/height that you like! :)

I like it better when its even all the way around.
I had is longer on the top when i had it dome, because i didnt want all of it to be too short, but when my hawk got long enough, i trimmed it all the way around.
