What browser are you using? Mac or PC? Is it still a problem? I think someone on a Mac was having these issues at some point. Let me know and I'll look into it.

I am using a pc although I am using netscape browser, it is no longer a problem.

Ah good. Glad to here that. I didn't even know that anyone still used the netscape browser. You might try Firefox, it seems to perform the best, although I use IE, Flock, Chrome and Opera as well.
