i did have them in my back but i pulled 3 of them out ouch!!! not a good area if you have to take care of them yourself so i had them all removed i love them in my leg healed super clean and i can unscrew the heads with my fingers and change them out

hey yeah dermal anchors um its like a t shape with an inverted tunnel so you can screw heads on jewels and in this case the rings :)

Gotta ask you.....what holds those rings in, cause they aren't like my captive bead rings where they go thru the skin.

I personally think that dermals are stupid but whatevs. It's a cool idea but the final result... not so much
