Mohawks Rock

I need to tame this thing down a bit...

So I'm attempting a halloween costume that requires a more femme looke...anyone have any tips on how to tame the wild look of a mohawk? I gues I could curl it, but it end up just looking to close to normal that it doesnt make much of an impact. anyway to pin it or twist it so it looks like an up-do?

I suck at doing my hair so the best I can recommend is get a cute wig that goes with your costume
