where is it at? usually it can tell you if it will be extremely straight laced or not.

but i would go in:
-a clean pair of dress pants(i know WHO has a pair of these? yet alone clean, i suggest you borrow)
-either r a button up shirt or a collard shirt
-some sort of dress shoes, or even just all black shoes.
-try and limit your piercings, i personally would leave one or 2 in, but thats just me.
-put your hair up(if its long, im not sure how long your hair is)
-don't wear too much jewelry, if your someone who likes braclets, cut it down to only 1 or 2.

you can also wear a dress, or like a skirt/top. but from what i reammeber was it you who hated dresses? im not sure. but dress ants and shirt are always good.

a few thigns for the actual interview:
-always wait to be asked to be seated, or untill they sit down first. usually theyll ask you to go sit down and they'll be over. if they do then just wait(if you were a guy, u would have to stand up when the person approaches lol)
-shake hands, dont do any "oh my hands are sweaty" or anything like that(not saying you would, but iv seen it before lol), always shake the persons hands.
-keep eye contact, it may seem weird but it works
-nod and places 'yes's' and 'oh all right's' when you see fit, nothing like jumping in there convo, but just to show you are paying attention
-keep hands on the table unless its a far away table lol,
-good posture.
-SMELL clean. like i said, im not saying yous mell dirty or anything lol, and im also not saying go crazy with perfume, just have a shower before you go, iv heard my mangers after interviews laugh at people who smelt lol.
-try not to interrupt.

as for the actual questions, the best advice i can give you is:
pretend you were hiring you or someone else for a job. now think of the questions that YOU would ask someone else for that particuler job, resite your answers. this doesn't mean they'll ask you thous questions, but you at least have an idea of where they'll be so your on the same page. so your not going into a food store and be like "why the hell would you want to know my hygiene?".

ALSO
BE EARLY
EARLY
EARLY
EARLY
EARLY

worst thing you can do is show up on the dot or late, i would suggest be there for AT LEAST 15 minutes early, and if you can do half an hour even better. it seems like a long time, and it may be awkward, but they see you as someone who really want's the job and someone who WILL be early for shifts and such.

no two interviews are the same, some jobs may expect you in a suit for a ice cream job, others wouldn't expect more then a pair of jeans and a t-shirt for a secretary job. some interviewers are really easy going, will laugh and be fun, others will be straight business. your best bet is to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

good luck lol.
i typed a lot sorry.
Well, how about these questions for you:

What do you normally wear?
Why do you think you fail, in comparison to those who got hired, etc?

Business casual attire is normally good. However, what you wear can and should be affected by the company who is interviewing you. It's okay to be nervous, but don't focus on that, just focus on your strong points and what you really excel at. Don't ever focus on the negatives the "I can'ts" etc. Try to keep everything positive and flowing. Keep eye contact, choose your words carefully.

Smile.
Smiling is important. Especially if you go in smiling, because your interviewer is more likely to smile, putting you at ease (especially if you're nervous).

uhmm I got loads more. somewhere in my head
Did you get the job? And if you have trouble finding dress clothes, try goodwill or salvation army. Might cost a little bit, but not nearly what it would in a store.
