Punk Research Paper Ideas?

I'm new to this site, but my girl friend has been on here for a while (shes the only "Alexis"), but I thought this might be a cool first post. And since I've got to do a research paper for my English class in high school, I might as well see if you guys have any better ideas than I do. Let 'er rip and have some fun with this one, but i might end up taking some of your considerations to heart.

Not this site, but i'm not suppost to use internet sources. so i have to find articles in books, not on web sites.

yeah, thats what i said. But shes old and crazy, and thinks the internet (and all other technology for that matter) is stupid. She just doesn't understand how to get reliable info off of it.

True, and you want the "authority" not just any asshole who decides to write their own Wiki entry.

There are actually some really good books out there.
I used Donna Gains "Teenage Wasteland" for part of mine - but it was a sociology class though, haha.
