I use a product called Surf Head by Special Effects. Of I let my hair air dry I can put it in and spike it up to a really good fan. But if I put it in when it's wet I can get this cool messy look. It's in a blue hockey buck sized container with a bright green lid. :)

how do you get the messy look? or is it just natural?
