Male Grooming - Help Needed!

Ello chikadees
I currently can't shave my sides less than 15mm (cuz the smallest plastic clip-on attatchment broke)
which is a bit fucking shit tbh
So yeah, I've been searching for TWO HOURS! for hair trimmers/clippers/shavers that suit my preferences..
they are as follows:
[] a minimum cut of 5mm
[] it to decrease/increase in length setting by 1mm at a time (so i can experment)
[] preferably without the interchangeable plastic length setters
[] that's it really 8]
I know you can get clippers that you can adjust to half a millimeter with a dial (as apposed to changing a plastic guard on the end) i'm just having trouble finding the model name of one so i can continue my search from there
Any help would be amazing
